I would say it needs replacing. From what I can see it looks like it's been arcing from the back. Was it in tight?

ehh it just looks like its time to replace. i dont think it was arcing as the black line would travel the long way down the plug from the tip to the metal section with the hex and threads on it. the horizontal line is most likely just dust where the spark plug boot was at. the dark clumpy stuff in the hook for the electrode is carbon/ash from the 2 stroke oil. if you use oil injection the pump cable could be riding funny and opening too far and over oiling and if you premix you may just be using too much oil. ride the bike harder and give her a good wot every once in a while during the week and it will help keep carbon down. i prefer to over oil as its safer than a soft seize and costs less than a cylinder kit or crank.
