If you are asking about the brake shoe pivot pin, that is removed from inside of the final drive gearbox,,there is a nut inside..

There may be a bolt hiding behind the CVT cover gasket..It should easily come apart once all the bolts are out. What kind of engine is that??

What's the bolt on the bottom picture, far right holding?

I’m not sure but it seems consistent with a long case minarelli. The two bolts still in are to drain and the other to fill gear oil. There was a bolt hiding on the side that attached to the engine. Behind the cvt gasket that’s left isn’t attached to anything, so that seems logical. I should probably take a look at the starter motor too maybe. Thanks for the inspiration, I’ll update everyone.

well, there doesn't appear to be anything under the gasket or anywhere else. There is the rear brake thing I don't know how to get off. Update: I think I was mistaken.

I wasn’t. The kymco like 50 2t diagram shows a bolt under the gasket but there is not one. It is also the same manual for the 125cc. Anyone have anything? This has been by far the most frustrating thing. I wouldn’t trade it but I want to push it in the ocean from the top of a building.

If all of the hardware is out it’s just the gasket and corrosion holding the two pieces together. A few gentle taps with a rubber mallet or hammer and block of wood should get things moving.

I’ve started to do just that, I bought the cyclepedia manual and that’s all I have left. Thanks for tip with the block of wood. I’m not sure of the best technique but I’d imagine that’s a simple google search.
My apologies it’s a 2011 kymco like 50 2T. The diagram is also for the 125. Mine is very different from the diagram.

The brake cam, where your lever is stuck, should push back thru the case. If not, penetrating oil from both sides, tilr it so the oil will want to go into it, wait a while, then persuade it.

You will have to check for yourself but a look at the parts diagram shows ring of bolts holding the rear case together, much larger housing than I would have thought,on your picture they are around the GK stamp and KY2.

I am pleased to inform that I got it off, thanks to all of you. It just took some more elbow grease. Now I'm researching bearings and oil seals.
