Just picked up an '08 Zuma and everything seems to be in pretty decent shape, but the blinkers are flashing rapidly. All the blinkers light up and all other lights seem to work fine. Only other pertinent thing I can think of would be that the headlights have the typical Zuma headlight mod done where they both turn on art the same time rather than one or the other.
Just a relay or what?

Are they LED’s? If so you may need a load resistor. I just let mine flash away, guaranteed not to forget that they are on.

Is The battery strong enough to start the scooter ? Weak battery my lights act funny. Zuma will start with a dead battery lights run off the stator
Otherwise faulty relay or wrong bulb per the service manual

I could throw my DMM on it to see how many volts it's holding, but I think it's good. Bulbs appeared to be correct, but I'll check that too. I'm guessing it's the relay. Hopefully they use the same one as a Jog. PFS owes me a relay for a Jog that was never sent, so I may have to ask for the favor now.

BTW... Can someone tell me the correct model number for an 08 2 stroke Zuma? Can't seem to find a solid answer. Like my Jog was a CY50, and I've seen several different for the Zuma. Not sure which it is for sure.

when sitting on bike if its the front blinker on your left blinking fast then change the back left if its the back right bulb blinking fast change the front right bulb or if its front right blinking fast change the back right and if its the back left light blinking fast change the front left light 90% of the time its a bad bulb and it signals you somethings wrong for your safety rather than doing nothing performing fine and you never know your back blinker is not working it can be very dangerous its actually a awesome setup they made there anyways hope I helped you bro good luck!!!

I’d give that a shot, but they all blink quickly all the time. None of them function improperly aside from the fast blinking, so I would think it’s not a flasher bulb, correct?

I can try new bulbs I suppose, but if the bulb was bad I assume one would not be working...
