We try all different size belts . Just have to be careful hpw you big you go over stock it makes a mess Is your stock aerox belt 757 mm? How much belt travel is left on your pulleys ? Take a sharpie on both pullie's and run down the road a record the mm of sharpie left . Instead of using pie r squared Here is a shortcut . Take your stock belt and add (3 x the mm of the smallest pulley left) . That will give you a range to try you may have to add a shim for the extra width of the puegot belt

my stock belt is 751x16,5 and it does not want to go on top of the variator. I tried hevier rollers and it still does not go. The belt is wide enough but i think it is not long enough to go to the top On pulley it stays on top. Tried with softer spring, still same

Are you sure your variator is even capable of the belt being able to achieve "max/full" travel?
Stock variators are limited by the roller ramps on the variator. On aftermarket variators, the ramps extend further out than the stock variator roller ramps.

Swap in the puegot belt and give it a try 8mm gives you alot of leeway. I was able to go up a size belt with stock rear pulley on my yamaha zuma with the polini variator . I did have to add a about mm in shims so my belt would get down low enough in the pulley

The Peugeot belt is 1mm thicker than standard. You might need to shim it out a bit to work properly.

i dont care about thicknes but i am scared that it is too long can it go out of range of variator and destroy everything? or to go out of pulley?

I guess its a possibility. Perhaps try it on the stand first, with the CVT cover off. You can then look and see how it performs, with little load on it.
