maybe it's my search terms but everywhere I look , Amazon, ebay, mouser, digi-key etc. , nobody has these really tiny female pin/receptacle/terminal/connectors- here are some pix-
I started in to reduce a bundle of wires that were up front on the harness - extra wires from the original headlights before I started to turn the scooter into a naked one. I found all thru the harness where previous owner did a DIY connection job- and found that it's not a factory harness. whoever did it just soldered and TAPED the connections - so I decided to redo the whole harness - myself.
I really hope someone can tell me the correct terminology for this particular tiny female " connector" . or maybe just where to find them . everything I find is 2.8mm or larger .
not really sure which of the 1 million Chinese factories my scooter came from

thanks , man . I appreciate your efforts. I'm thinking I should do away with the whole black speedometer housing that all these switches are housed in and geta completely different speedo, tach and switches . I been looking at handlebar switches on ebay. that would pretty much complete the conversion to naked. the pin I have for that switch in my pix is even smaller than your pins. thank you though .

Keep your current switches so you can match up the wires to each switch, it at least helped me install the new switches easier. I really wanna find another one of these sunny style scoots to put my engine in and have this again:

Electronic supply stores often found in larger cities may have the connectors. Those are probably .100" or 2.5mm connectors. Connectors are often specified by their center to center pin spacing also.
Connectors were often originally specified in English units (fractional or decimal) because the industry was started here, but were often later converted to metric units and rounded to closest values.

Also, they are so cheap you can buy a bunch of different sizes if you want. It'll cost more to ship them than the cost of them.
