Way to rich does looks oil fouled . I would carry a clean plug and a spark plug wrench so you don't get stranded. If you do a lot of of idling and lower speed running with the oil pump wide open it will foul for sure.
To find your main jet size. It should be the jet in the center of your carb after you take the bowl out . They are slotted for a screw driver. take it out and look at the slotted ends face there will be a number on it.

I usually run with full throttle, so I think this is not a problem for the moment. In the future I will remove that broken screw and I will set the oil pump to run normally. Also, I always have a spark plug wrench and a plug with me, so again, it will not be a problem. The main problem right now is the old carb. I wanna clean it up, but I don't have any experience. Do you have any tips for me?

Take a lot of pictures as you take it apart go slow and take notes on how many turns the idle screw was out before you remove it count how many turns it is to go fully in write that down.
Get a good carb cleaner from a store ask your local shop what they prefer. A 12 pack of beer or so you might get access to one the mechanics knowledge and hands to help you out .
I bribe with beer often

Take a picture of the broken screw so that someone can help you with that.

It looks like you need a new adjuster and cable. Here is a link to the parts catalog for you scoot. AF-1 is a good parts supplier.

That adapter is broken and half of it is stuck there adn I can't put another one. I need to remove the broken one from there and then replace it. The problem is that I don't know how to remove it from there.

There should be no tension on the thread. It might just unscrew it you can get a purchase on it. Or possibly get a bolt with the same thread. Just screwing it in will push the old thread out. If not a screw extractor should make short work of it.

I will try with a new screw with the same thread and I hope it will make the old one to get out.

Sorry to intrude but I was reading your tread. I believe it's like the rule of thumb to re gap your valves every 600 miles. I had major problems not knowing this. Many of the issues your having. I bought cvk 20mm carbs it ran like shit boging poor acceleration. Even with the big BBK 80cc. I rejetted the stock carb with. # 88 main jet #37 slow jet and it runs beautiful now. It took me so many times with the carbs on and off to get it right and a cone type air filter. Pay close attention to your fuel air mixture and valve clearance. I hope this is helpful to you bro!!

The screw extractors are called easyouts. You can get them at most hardware stores. Check it out. You can get it yourself for a couple of bucks. It should come out no problem with a easyout.

That's a pretty good rule for a 4t, but this is a 2t, no valves.
