49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/16593/50mm-bbk-thread-installedI do alright with Amazon stuff, but if you want nicer stuff you can try Partsforscooters.com Scrappydogs Scooterworks.com I've been happy enough with my parts from these three, I don't know that the parts are always better, but the customer service would likely be, and the measurements/pictures are more likely to be reliable.

NOT Scrappydogs... they've been shut down for a while. I work at Partsforscooters so I'd be happy to help with any questions ya have. We have a REAL nice 50mm kit with the best head on the market, click this. I know it's only 82cc, but it's POWERFUL. -Flowed head with improved combustion chamber and larger valves -lightened, domed piston for better throttle response and higher compression -made in Taiwan! This kit puts up with the 52mm and Naraku 52.4mm kits hands down. It's my go-to if you want quality. The head port size allows a larger intake and carburetor as well which helps dramatically increase your "grunt" or torque. Bigger carbs allow higher revvs too, but you won't need it with that kit. Then you are open for a cam, exhaust, variator/ CVT upgrades and lastly gears. There's even more to be done like stiffer valve springs and titanium retainers, porting the head even more, better pistons etc etc - it's all on what you want (to spend).

Although I already installed a 47mm Glaxil kit which is working fine, if I had the money to start over I would have gone with this kit from parts for scooters. Dex, how do you feel the added stress on a newish crank like mine would work out? If I have my way about it I will eventually put a stroker crank in but have you guys heard anything on just stock crank failures?

But I worry about cranks with over 7k miles. I only did 5he stroker because I had the money and really really wanted to try it.
