Hello all hope everyone had a safe and good Nye ....
Well anyway I currently have a 49cc gy6 139qmb and when I'm driving wide open I'll bog a lil and when I left off I'll quickly jump back on itll hesitate a little pop like back fire and speed up a little ...I do this around 36 chinese speedo (which is like 32-33ish on gps)
Bow my question is could it be a carb issue maybe a cleaning will help it out and if so can I use a basic 6oz. Bottle of gum out any help will be greatly appreciated can provide a video if needed

If you think your carb needs cleaning it does !
A thorough carb cleaning requires taking it completely apart and cleaning all jets and passages . Ultrasonic cleaning or boiling out the build up really gets the job done on the smallest passageways .
When taking it apart take pictures and notes so you put it back together right and also so you no what size jets you have and how many turns out you had the idle and mixture screws.
Did this just start happening or is this scoot new to you ?

Well I recently installed after market exhaust and Ive been adjusting the idle and mixture screw haven't checked the spark yett but my idle is like around 1900 2500 @ time but when I get on the scooter I get pops like as if I have a Honda civic lol dont know if it's bad or good this is my first scooter and I'm not from fl so I dont have any scooter buddy's to talk about these things

Plenty of Florida guys on here so you can make some scooter friends .
Your new exhaust is probably designed to flow better so it does not have that baffles that muffle the popping/backfiring on deceleration that does happen on cycles and scooters.
It can be tempered a little bit with the idle mixture screw .
Just to make sure Check the Main Jetting .
Do you have a set of main jets you may be off by a size . Go up a couple sizes and work your way down to your current jet size see if it responds better and reduces the popping.

I use lucass products myself because they are easy for me to come by and they are quality products . I can get them at Autozone ,Oreillys,Walmart or home improvement stores . I use there gear oil you have a 4 stroke so you would need a qet there high rpm 4 stroke oil. Any yamaha honda or Suzuki dealer would be able to give you a selection of oils that would work

49cc gy6 139qmb and when I'm driving wide open I'll bog a lil and when I left off I'll quickly jump back on Does this scooter model have a gravity-flow vacuum fuel petcock, or a vacuum operated fuel pulse-pump? A pulse-pump flows less fuel at wide open throttle, and could potentially be deficient at refilling the carb fuel bowl. Walmart Super Tech 15W-40 works fine in GY6 engines. Big-bore-kit installation will transform the engine into a pile of excrement . . enhanced odds of connecting rod or crankshaft bearing failure. Save yourself a LOT of aggravation . . replace with a 150cc model.

I use SD rated oil in the crankcase. SuperTech is ok, as are RPM Delo and Rotella. Rotella is the best, but likely overkill IMO. I use SuperTech 85W90 in the final drive gearcase. Many overlook the gearcase, and leave the factory lube in for too long. It should be changed at ~500 miles to drain out any chips and slivers from machining procedures. tom
