4 hoses huh.
Tank>filter>petcock>carburetor OR Tank/Petcock>filter>carb
Vacuum line from the intake manifold to the petcock
Possibly vacuum line from intake manifold to emissions system.
Some carburetor have a charcoal cannister... hard to tell you where they go cuz there are a lot of different setups on the market.

I guess if you suck on one, till fuel comes out another. Those will definitely be be fuel, and vacuum. Should be able to trace them to the fuel petcock anyway. One might be an overflow. Perhaps this night help 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/734

There could also be a hose from the bottom of the float bowl. That one will either flop around freely or be connected to a drain fitting at the lower front of the CVT cover. When they use a fitting, it will have a screw you can loosen to drain the float bowl and the hose will have a spring-like wound steel cover over the tubing. The cover can be moved/compressed to allow access to the hose clamps when connecting to the float bowl drain. The other lines are to the intake, mostly on on each side down near the top of the intake port, and the third line goes to the fuel filter-petcock-tank series. It will connect on the left side of the carburetor, near/below the black plastic covering the choke/byvalve. tom
