I know in US there are plenty companies you can buy a new Chinese scooter and have it shipped to your home in a big box. Are there any online store that sells them in Europe?

Prices on that dealer are way too high in US you can buy new Chinese scooter starting 650 USD + shipping. they go for 1000 UK pounds (which is about 1300 USD) + shipping.
I guess DirectBikes its more of a scooter brand since they stamp their logo on plastic parts...

We don't tend to have the same setup for buying scooters here. Amazon doesn't sell scooters here. About 10 years ago there were lots of small companies selling direct. The products, and spares back up was appalling. These seem to have been get rich you quick merchants. And are no more mow. Direct bikes was investigated by trading standards. And featured on a t.v. Show. He was importing bikes with no backup what do ever. If you clicked the link for spares on his website. It took you to the Lexmoto site.

Eastern europe is big. Where exactly are you. Over here in holland we have plenty of moped/scooter/bike shops who sell chinese scooters. I used to live in Budapest and theres an abundance of small and affordable 2t 'A brand' scoots. Europe is great for 2nd hand 2t scoots from Aprilia, Honda, Yamaha and other high quality stuff. I really can't think of a reason why you would buy a chinese scooter.

My son is in Helsinki and I harass him by sending him ads for stuff I’d buy if it were here in Savannah. Recently ran across a cheap rs125 I would love to have.

A used Yamaha/puegot/April and other brand names would be my first choice,I run an air cooled Yamaha and it requires very little to maintain.three colleagues have ignored this advice and choose Chinese 4stroke scoots all 3 gave up on them after spending £££ trying to keep them roadworthy, the 4stroke engines need lots of TLC to keep running.just my . Facebook marketplace, and sometimes I get bored enough to go to online classifieds. There is a craigslist sort of thing I've run across

It is like going to the best steak place and saying I think i will have a salad. Its all about parts cost and availability Chinese might not be the best quality, however parts are plenty and cheap, many mods available.
Italian scooters not chap, parts you order from very limited suppliers, limited number of customization options.
If i was in western Europe its similar income as in US, perhaps then i look towards more expensive Italian or Japanese brands, in eastern Europe minimal wage is 500 bucks a month so this is pretty limiting factor.
P.S. i made 6 hours a day deliveries on Chinese 49cc for many months and was pretty reliable people who complain about reliability are end users, ones who don't know how to turn bolts, so they end up paying others for even small things that i fix myself with great pleasure.

For parts for european/japanese brand scooters you're not looking in the right places i'm afraid. Poland is (still) huge in the 2t scooter scene, same goes for latvia, estiona and lithuania. Like I said earlier hungary is also not uncommon with 2t scoots. Then theres france, germany, italy and spain. These are all countries in the EU where shipping is at a fixed rate of €15 for parcels abroad.
Speaking for holland, theres from the top of my head at least 10 webshops selling minarelli, piaggio, peugeot and honda parts. Even the older models from 70's and 80's.
Let me know how i can help you if you need it.
