Philippines style.

Thailand style.
...and then we got the United States bosozoku guys.
as an art person, i appreciate them all.

I think they are cool looking. But not very practical to ride. Also here you would get it impounded by the police. And never get them through a yearly inspection.

I like to look at them. They'd be nice if you're into shows. For me, if I can't ride it and ride it hard... no thanks. Reminds me of my dentist. He has a special edition supercharged Corvette. Asked how fast it is. He said a deer could run out or something so he just drives the speed limit. I'm not that guy. 5 minutes into a ride on one of those lowriders, I'd do a barrel roll trying to turn it or rip the bottom fairing off on a bump.
If they're bagged or otherwise lower and raise, that's kinda cool but again kinda pointless to me. If there's money to burn, how about more power. Can't get enough of that stuff.

like most of the comments, there is something about that look.
but yes indeed, it is not about speed with these machines. slow cruise bikes for sure.
i wouldn't mind having one but the potholes here on Oahu would destroy one of those bikes in no time.

Rubber band tires would be destroyed. Small tires are bad enough.

the potholes here on Oahu would destroy one of those bikes in no time. Yes we get a few pot holes here in the U.K as well, especially after the winter. plus as Aerox bud mentioned i doubt some of them stance bikes would get through our annual m.o.t inspection. where i live its pretty much all urban roads, heavyish fast moving traffic, quite a bit of filtering to get to the front of the traffic light queue, and its handy to be able to get away from the lights sharpish and up to speed to stay ahead of the cars behind 'The traffic light grand prix' as many people call it, or you get cars passing you carving you up or passing too close, no one wants to be stuck behind a slow scoot. The 50cc scoots are supposed to be restricted to 30mph if you are riding as a 16 yr old on a provisional licence or an older rider on a car licence, but many of the police turn a blind eye if you derestrict them, as even the police say 30mph is too slow and actually dangerous in most situations. The stance bikes would be unsuitable for the environment I ride in, they are more a static display scoot at a show or meet to me, which defeats the object of building a scoot imho.

it always made wonder about the Ruckus guys here on Oahu. i have never seen a "fast" one on the streets, most of them are just slammed and stretched. they are more like show-boats.
in the end, "to each his own" and i can see these stance bikes as rolling artwork, built more for the show and slow cruise.
i agree with most of the comments about the impracticality of the stance style.
