Water in engine block

Hi I have a gilera runner 2002 50cc I have just put new head gasket on it as the old ones went now I have coolant in the engine block is there any way to get the coolant out? The coolant went in there when the old went not with the new ones thank you 4 any advise

Take the engine out with the cylinder off. Tip it upside down.
Then put some two stroke oil on the crank and bearings.
