Is this the 0 -1/4 mixture screw?

Is this the 0 -1/4 mixture screw? Mikuni carb on a vino.

It is. It's an air screw, so backing it out to the left increases the amount of air that passes, leaning the mixture. You called it a 0-1/4 screw but ideally it should be between 1 and 3 turns if jetting and metering is correct.
