You can get a 3 stone hone from an auto parts store really cheap. I don't like those much for 2Ts though, because they can be hard to use with the ports. I like flex hones, but that'll prob be around $30. Not sure how much it would cost for a shop to do it.

Okay thanks.I had a three stone one before but it got chipped up and bent so I chucked it. I'll Google "Flex Hone" and see what sort of deals are out there and call around to see what the rates are for a hone job at a shop. So I got a cheap Sprint smart phone a couple months ago and it takes way better pictures than my old camera. It's more time consuming e-mailing them to myself than uploading directly to my PC from the old camera but at least they aren't blurry anymore.

So I went ahead and just installed the cylinder the way it is with the newer piston and new bearing and WOW! It's running like brand new again. Absolutely no hesitation at all on take-off, strong acceleration and 45-48 MPH top speed.
Hope it lasts for a while. :fingers crossed:

Hey, I am interested in the rear wheel on your TNG venice. I have been looking for a rear wheel for a while now and keep finding so called "TNG Venice wheels," but when they arrive at my house the splines are too small and it will not fit on the axel of my 2008 Venice. Do you know anything about the TNG wheels and if they just aren't standard or if I have been getting screwed?
Thanks, Andrew

I would take the side stand and possibly the center stand (and hardware) if it works for a Vento Triton. Let me know. Thanks!

Yeah, the side stand is a different mount and length IIRC and the centerstand is definitely smaller on the short case. It would bolt on, but it may not touch the ground or at least not lift the tire.

Hey, if you still have the body plastics, I could use some. I just picked up a venice missing the rear center piece and the splash guard. Also missing the front piece that holds the headlight. And the headlight.

Do you have any of the green body parts left? I need the front right panel and the cover that goes under the seat. And the wind shield if you still have it. if not, does anyone have a good source for tng venice 49cc body parts?
