Measure the diameter of the shaft that variator goes onto. They come in two sizes. Click the li9nk below and scroll down. www.scrappydogscooters.com/50CC_2-STROKE_PARTS.htmlMy advice would be to fix it and then sell that scooter ASAP. It's got a hybrid engine that has a 4T top end and a Minarelli type CVT (belt drive). If memory serves me correctly, the top end has different dimensions than a standard 139QMB so parts are next to impossible to obtain.

With most 139QMB engines the variator you bought would fit... but you happen to have one of the oddball setups. It's a 139QMB four-stroke engine, but it uses the CVT design of the Jog style two-strokes. There are 2 sizes for variators in those engine, we usually just call them large and small. I believe yours would use the larger one. You can measure your crank and count the splines to verify. The crank where the variator rides should be just shy of 16mm OD and you should have 15 splines. You can get the variator from ScrappyDog, eBay sellers, and other places. You're looking for a 1E40QMB / Minarelli / Jog variator with the above spline count/size info. www.ebay.com/itm/JOG-Minarelli-1E40qmb-scooter-atv-variator-Vento-TNG-/280986678225?pt=Other_Vehicle_Parts&hash=item416c1c73d1&vxp=mtr

all the teeth on that circle piece was all chipped and broken up. Why? If that happened to the old one, Will it not happen to the new one? The crankshaft bearing on the variator side of the 139qmb is the first to go.....

Therefore we do not have the correct ones in stock at this time...damn it lol any other places have what i need?

The one on the left is PFS part # 161-45. The one on the right is PFS part # 161-140. You'd have to go to the bank to get more quarters.
