I agree with Vert, something else is wrong...piston hole, gummed up exhaust, who knows? I would tear it down and find the problem...It is just gasket replacement and you can gain valuable information.
BTW...put the airbox back on before you try anything with such a teeny main jet. The airbox question has many posts here, but suffice to say your setup surely cannot work with an "open" filter. Some 4 strokes can...work... and make noise, but not flow properly.

Guys Thanks for all the suggestions Changed the reed valve and it's the same, checked the air filter...no issues It starts now and runs for about 4-5 minutes then dies (I have tried simply idling and keeping the revs up) Last resort am going to change the bistarter again to official Kymco one not OEM..... something happens after 5 minutes really sounds like the bistarter!!! This may sound crazy but worth a shot.(how I found my problem) Locate and remove the CDI box and place it in your freezer overnight. Take it out the following day and reinstall it and run the scooter. If it runs longer than 4-5 minutes, you have found your problem. If the bistarter was the issue, you would have a hard time starting if it was stuck in the closed position or if stuck in the open position you would be running rich all the time.

When folks come here for help, it would be awesome if they would post their final results, even if the right answer didn't come from here. Maybe that way some else would be helped at a later time. THIS!! +1

Be best to start a new thread. It could be an air leak. I've seen a tiny leak do crazy shit to a two stroke motor....also.check the reeds.
