So I got around to changing my clutch springs I put 1500 rpm clutch spring in and stock torque spring is 2000 rpm I was running 8 gr rollers now she barely moves at height revs what should I do and the naraku torques base thing did not fit so I just put bb,s in OEM spring base is that not a good decision should I take them out??

BBs will work in the spring base, but sometimes the design of the base will let them come out especially where the end of the spring winding is. On my 4T I used a second stock torque driver cover/sping base and cut it up so it sandwiched the BBs between it and the existing base and gives a smooth surface for the BBs. Some info on that here : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/95770/thread

Should I go lighter on the weights I'm about a 170 pounds I'm pretty sure the stock spring is 2000 it is red and the clutch springs I took out were little so I'm guessing they were 1000 rpm springs,I'm gonna buy the hoca base from p.f.s.com and Take the bb's out and also maybe get a 1500 rpm torque spring!!!I thing that naraku torque base is for a minerelli style torque driver, racing planet description wasn't right I have know use for it now

I don't understand how the stock spring could be a 2000. The springs rated that way are intended to denote that they are X RPM higher than stock (roughly). Maybe someone else had a 2000RPM in there if the scoot is used or you've had it in a shop or maybe it was just red? At any rate, if it revs too high, don't go lighter with the roller weights. You'd need a softer contra spring or heavier rollers to decrease RPM.
If that spring base is for a Minarelli you might be able to get some of your money back by selling it in the Classifieds section. If you aren't sure, take measurements of the ID and OD and height and whoever is interested can measure theirs to make sure it would work. EDIT : Oops. I see you already have an ad up. Good luck.

I can't say I've seen many spring rates posted for anything. If you're lucky you can find a length or service limit length for the contra spring. That's about it usually.
