Swapped ''Pulse rage'' LK139QMB engine with Yamaha Cygnus (2007 i think) 125 engine. It fitted nicely with a bit longer shocks, but the problem is with the generator wiring, i have no diagrams or any clue. Also the starter motor worked perfectly before i put the engine in the ''puls rage'' but now when i have connected it, it just doesnt work, i can hear the relay click so that doesnt seem to be the problem. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. The red circle is around pulse generator wire or in cygnus case wires, the rest are from main generator. Yamaha generator wiringpic. the starter runs right off of the battery, if you have a good engine to frame ground and good power to the solenoid it will turn over. the stator is basically 2 AC wires and a ground, you have the one wire from the pickup coil and the other small wire i can't think of off the top of my head. as long as you hook up 2 AC wires (yellow and white) and a ground (usually green) the stator will run the electrical system like headlights etc, you hook the pickup wire to the CDI trigger and it will start up. if your stator you have now has 2 AC wires make sure the output voltage matches the 139QMB stator, the colors shouldn't matter.

that's where you need to know the output voltage of the rage and the yamaha to connect them. should be able to find the info on each stator online, i'm not sure of the outputs myself.
