The tester may of not sealed well. Make sure you hold the throttle open while testing. Yeah, I tried again like you said. Opened throttle, crank in bursts a few times then kick start. Same thing. Put the plug back in and she started RIGHT up and idled perfectly. I tried to spray some soap water around the exhaust but couldn't see anything. Not without laying completely down which I don't have the room for on the patio right now. I wish the center stand worked right on this thing. I dunno man. I'm completely lost and feeling like I'm going to put this thing on CL soon and just buy a new 4t and take my chances there. I have no idea where or what this thing has been through or what to think of if it's worth fixing. If I have to do a piston/ring job, I'm going to flip my lid because I may as well just let it sit for another week or suck it up and haul it to a mechanic. I'm done for today.

I can tell you that if it's starting and riding well the compression test is wrong. 90 psi is about minimum from what I've heard for a scoot to fire and run decent. My hf tester gave me a 90 psi reading on a Triton with a ring melted into the piston and the jug scored to hell. It doesn't sound like you've had anything that suggests the scoot isn't worth holding onto. I'll try and get down that way tomorrow and listen to it.

That's what I figured, 90 is the minimum. Anyways. Yeah, catch me tomorrow and we can meet up or something. Thanks a ton

Update 3.2: First off, I have to give a big thank you to 2TDave. You were exactly what I needed, an experienced ear to listen to what was going on. He hit it on the head I believe as for the sound, so I'd like to close this post out. This problem is solved and I'm not afraid my scoot is going to blow up now. I'll go back to my original post on the Baccio and fill in what was going on.
