Been having a shoofty on this site for a few weeks now looking for tuning tips and thought ide better register..got two peds..one is a Honda vision(1988) 50cc in very nice condition..other a 2007 sukida Roma 50cc with a 47mm bbk to go on after I've found a good high flow head(and a few other goodies.. Its got a free flow exhaust pipe and a 19mm carb and goes about 40 down hill.vision is standard but I want to give it a bit of a boost later...got a spare afo5e lump to do it with.thinking malossi bbk,variator and a larger carb and see how that goes till I do anything else for that one..okey dokey..before this turns into a novel...see on the forum some time.any one got any ideas for boosting a gy6 chink engine or an old Honda lump..feel free to gimme a shout...cheers and bye for now..JIM..

The BBK will be a nice upgrade to your Chinese scoot. Don't forget to tune the carb and CVT to match.

ScrappyDog in the US sells a big valve head that should work with a 47mm bore. Most of the others I see are for 50+mm bores.

You can do a free mod to change your ignition timing to possibly get a little more power, shown at 9:31 in this video.

Just spent the last 4 hours on youtube after clicking that above link...seen the carb manifold adapter i need for the 2 to four bolt carb admission conversion and the fat carb manifold/pipe and loads more..need to find a uk shop That does a performance barrel and pipe too...otherwise...overseas shipping..cheers for that..now I'm even more confused..dang..
