Yeah, you're wrong to be going that fast in a residential area. Not saying that to give you crap, I do dumb stuff too and realize it's not the best idea. Regardless, people can't just go choking you for it. I'd minimize contact with him. I tend to think of this stuff like no matter what I'll end up the speeding bad guy that beat on a concerned parent if cops get called so it's just easier to avoid a problem if possible. I get it, but parents can be a little crazy at times. I got a ticket for reckless driving in a car when no children were anywhere near me after chirping tires around a turn in town because someone reported me. They told the cop there were kids right on the side of the road (100% false) and the cop came to my house and gave me a 4 point (1/3 way to losing your license) ticket without ever seeing anything himself.

Holy crap GT90 , man i woulda been pi**ed.,,,, that goes to show how our government is!!! ....... Great.......?? I got locked up for 30 days! Because some b**** called the cops said I tried to run her over but my brother actually did it and she told them my name instead of his..... How's that for bs, judge set the court date 30 days later!!!!

Just emailed scootertuning to see if they have a stuffer/full circle 41.4mm stroke crank with a 12mm wrist pin, i think mines making noise again. lol and thats with the s6 bearing in there.
id like to do a s6 racing cylinder with the stuffer crank and a big carb like 28+ mm. for next summer. but we will see what happens. i did move out of my old mans house so i have to pay bills now i guess. haha

Not saying he deserved to die or that you were going to fast(you were imo), but guys like him are dangerous, and every instance like this that he wins will just make him think he's right and should do it again. If he's blocking your path and won't let you leave, you have a legal right (as far as I know) to protect your self however you see fit, even with deadly force. A: maybe do 60+mph speed runs on the freeway? B: learn some self defense, cuz you'll see him again, and you ran off last time he physically challenged you. He'll be back, bro. You gonna speed off again when he does? Next time don't think just react, and teach HIS ass a lesson. |
