i'd go for a stronger crank, in our forum guy had this crank, fresh out of box, it ripped everything apart, with cast iron 70cc kit. And about the carb. Mk2's love 24mm PWK's

If you can swing the extra cash a Yasuni C16 is excellent with the race mkii. I run that setup with a Dellorto 19 and it's quick!

Someone mentioned the crank ruined some ones engine. For a bit more u can get the Doppler. I have one and its nice, got new on ebay for $100! Just look around

thats no good if the crank comes apart! ill have to find something else. $300 for a c16 is pricey

I don't have personal experience with the rep so I can only tell you that The C16 was highly recommended and doesn't disappoint. I also did a good amount of case work and an 85mm rod R/T rep crank and spacer.

just ordered a new belt and hoca var. lets hope the weather stays somewhat decent so i can play around with this a little more!

just went for a long ride by myself. got the tach hook up as well. saw the tach display 11k rpms! i hope its lieing to me lol power ban hits a 8k and holds it for a good while. about 35mph it comes on. going to add more weight once i get the new var.

its likes the 4g weights that came with the hoca the best. (i think 4.5g or a mix of 4 and 4.5g would be best for it.) goes right to 8k rpms (start of the pb) and pulls and pulls. charging the gps for 30min and then lets do some top speed runs. its a nice day out today even tho it was below 32 degrees last night.
