How does one go about turning a word into a link to a website? I have seen many occasions where clicking on a single word will take you to a new web page but I'll be damned if I know how to do that. Can someone with a little time to kill please explain it to me? I use an Imac with OSX 10.4.11 (5 or so years old) Thanks!

It's simple for the forum. Just a matter of a little code. A standard link might be 49ccscoot.blogspot.com . You can just type the full address and it will automatically become a link. You might want the link to be to 49ccScoot.Com : The Blog though, rather than showing that big ugly link. It's easy to turn a word, phrase, or even an image into a link by simply surrounding it by url tags. Regular link
http://49ccscoot.blogspot.com
49ccscoot.blogspot.com Text link
[url=http://49ccscoot.blogspot.com]49ccScoot.Com : The Blog[/url]
49ccScoot.Com : The BlogAnything you enclose in the url tags shown above will then be a link to the url you included. (Yes, I'm promoting my blog in a tutorial! ) EDIT : Tim beat me to it, cause I was typing a lot. lol Nice img Tim.
