Oh the possibilities are endless lol 2t 49cc shortcase, 90cc shortcase 2t atv motor. Zuma 49cc 2t adly 50 or 90cc atv motor or a longcase clone in 49 or 90. A zip could give you a shortcase 49cc with the small aluminum 10 inch wheels and disc front. You could hog that out to 103cc. The Zuma and adly are longer and use bigger wheels but the Zuma has a big drum. The adly atv (not sure about the scooter version) has a weird axel but normal scooter and atv gears fit and then any clone wheels fit big or small. The long case stuff is longer and may require some body mods. Zip wheels and forks with a Polaris 90 atv motor would make a kick ass ride Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards Moofus is in the zone again!

What I did get sounds fun, I'm not sure if I'll go that in depth on this one til she blows. I ahe a family friend with a scooter boneyard that I may have to search for one w/o a motor. I have a 440 snow mobile engine that I'm itchin to put on something fun.

I have a 440 snow mobile engine that I'm itchin to put on something fun. Didn't mean to confuse you. I can measure stuff for you i have a c3 that uses that motor but it uses the 120/90/10 rear tire so the case might be longer. I can measure from the pivot mount to front of the motor and compare to my 50 and 90s. Compare the 2t and 4t mount and measure from center of the pivot mount to center of axel on a shortcase and long case clone a 2t Zuma and a adly atv 90 motor so you could figure out what motor would work best. Is that bike fuel injected or carb? You can get a bbk for the Yamaha 4t but it would be easier to tune of it had a carb Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

I reread and it wasn't as confusing as I thought. I think it has a carb from what I can tell. Plus it ran with out a battery for the first few weeks I had it. I'm assuming fuel injection would need constant voltage

Maybe I should start a new thread if so I will but now that you got me thinking on it. What kind of speed mods could I do w/o messing with engine internals. I really like being able to hop on in less than a second. So I don't want to go too wild. I'm thinking maybe a high flow filter and exhaust. Is there any transmission mods I can do?
Also does any one know if I can fit a wider tire on the stock rims? If so what size I'm not digging the little narrow tires I have now

Variator rollers and clutch springs will help with acceleration and maintaining speed on hills. I wouldn't bother with a free flow air filter. You'll just have to put a bigger main jet in to compensate and then lose fuel mileage for no real performance gain.

I don't know the axel spline size on the 4t vino or if it uses a shorter case than the c3 and Zuma 4t. The c3 and Zuma the gear case bolts on from the tire side like a 2t longcase clone. Don't know how much tire clearance you have.
Stiffer clutch springs help take off and a little lighter rollers will help acceleration. Depending on how that is geared you probably don't make enough power to pull more gear. My c3 will run 40 mph true against the rev limiter in Stock trim

Thanks moofus, I will have to do some more research on wider tires. I will for sure look into the springs and rollers. I am probably getting ahead of myself I plan to restore the body first and do some maintenance.
