Usually when a company has the quote option, it means that when you complete your order, they will notify you in a email or phone call to tell you the shipping invoice total. You do have the choice of cancelling your purchase after you get the quote, at least you should, and they will refund you if they havent processed your payment already.

Can't commend their customer service enough...ordered a package two Saturdays ago (the 19th), was sent a "Product Shipped" email the following Monday (I selected 2-day shipping) and as of yesterday the UPS tracking said that the package hadn't moved. Emailed scootertuning to explain the issue (and that I knew the fault was with UPS) and they said they'd take care of it, overnight my package, and get me a refund for the shipping option I selected.
My package showed up today, and I couldn't be more thrilled! These guys hit another home run in the customer service department.

Me too. I've ordered a lot of things from them and always fast. Super helpful and will actually answer emails, unlike many other companies.

Most of us are scooter guys at scootertuning, and we know how it sux to wait for parts. We also do our best to reply to every mail and phone calls.
The phone is up every night till 10:00 pm eastern day time, and if im not near the phone to answer, just leave a message and i'll get back to you right away.

I'll vouch for the shipping and the great selection. I do have an issue with the crank I received, but I am waiting to hear back from them regarding that. Seems the hole for the pin that drives the oil pump gear was drilled in the wrong spot. Hope they can find a way to help.
katastroff stepped in to help like 7 milliseconds after I posted this. I'm not mad, but just a little frustrated. It's not like they built the crank anyway. Just hope they can get the manufacturer to stand behind it.

I love the scootertuning.ca website. Very nicely done and very nice to browse. Also their product selection and overview is fantastic. The only thing I found a bit sad is they have no mobile friendly site (yet). I like to check stuff during my lunch break or work with my smartphone. Shipping....for me shipping is a bit expensive since I live in JP and can only choose UPS. Then again it depends on the product. I wish they could offer USPS. I don't mind if it takes 1 month for the stuff to arrive as long shipping is reasonable. Maybe a Tsimi Special Shipping Method.
