Usually the parts I get from Canada (2 different vendors) are usually here within a week. An order I placed late last week is due here tomorrow.

I guess this question is for all the USA peeps, have you had any shipping issues(custom delays)from this vendor? I only ask because I made several purchases from the great white north(not this site) and they all got jammed up by customs. 1-2 week delay. We worked hard with the US customs to provide the right HS code and avoid at the maximum the clearance delay. Delay at customs never happens for 99% of the US order. We also now offer very cheaper UPS standard shipping for US customers (Free over 200$). You also never have any extra fees at the delivery, we alway put the customs clearance fees on our account. I understand how it's bad to receive an order with extra hidden fees. Thank you guys for all the positive feedback, we really apreciate it.

Thanks for all theses feedback (Positive & Negative). It's helping us to offer better service.
Since 5 last years we worked a lot to improve our business.
Custom & Shipping is a past issue, we have new system that generate commerical invoice very well and eveything is at our charge. You will never receive any extra charge at the delivery of your order.
Slowest shipping is now 2 Days, pretty cheap and Free over 200$
Inventory is now bigger than ever. We have our own warehouse so we control everything. All the part listed '' In stock '' are straight in our warehouse.
All order are shipped same day if odered before 3PM (Easter Time) if you choose ''in stock'' parts. We can slit order when some parts are out of stock and ship everything we have right now and the remaining parts soon as we receive it.

Thanks for the update! I have always had a good experience in my dealings with scootertuning, I wish I could say that about all vendors.

International shipping drops way down after you have a certain amount in your cart, then orders get cancelled.

Ended up getting my first order after a bit of mucking about, realised I ended up paying shipping twice with how it worked out lol.
Second order went much smoother, very happy with it this time.

Cant say enuff about these guys, Place order on a saturday, make an oops, call monday morning, get all fixed up and still shipped on monday, placed another order on friday at 8.30 am, get confirmation within minutes, shipped by 10.30 am my time. They answer emails almost instantly, and there customer support is SECOND TO NONE, Hands down the BEST I wish other dealings in life could go as well as dealing with Scootertuning

Ordered 2 body panels from them. Broke one working with it. The other wouldn't fit a 2T Triton (think it's for the 4T versions with the bigger batteries). I didn't expect them to do anything about the panel I broke, because I was bending it a bit when it broke. I noted that they def aren't the same as stock quality though. Quick reply that they agreed the panels aren't the best, but I guess there isn't much out there right now. Gave me a refund for both panels saying they'd prefer a happy customer even after I told them I didn't expect them to cover the panel that broke. Very easy to deal with. Got the parts as quickly as most US sellers I use too.

I ordered a Techigas GP4 exhaust for my S50. The downpipes I got was for the LX. No problem they ordered the right one and shipped it before I was able to get the other one back. Shipping was quick. They paid the return shipping that wasn't cheap. They were very responsive and there was never any push back. I would definitely buy from them again.

I'm a fan! Love the store, the service and that logo is cool. Ordering a couple shirts with next parts order.
I ordered a Yasuni Z, Roller tuning kit, clutch springs, and contra springs. Huge deal on the Z and was really happy that I only had to remove the flange restrictor. Shipping was blazing fast. Free 2 day for my order was EXCEPTIONALLY cool.
Lastly they were very responsive when I had questions. My support tickets were responded to within the day I sent them.
Like I said. I'm a fan. Whenever I'm looking for parts, I check here first.
