I bought this NCY front end kit yesterday for $431 with free shipping www.corsportusa.com/honda-ruckus-ncy-front-end-kit-black/Even though these are ruckus parts, I still think this is a very good deal for what I needed. This kit comes with: •Front fork / shock •Dual piston caliper •220mm Rotor •Brake Lever & Master Cylinder •Stainless Steel Brake Lines •Start Button •Speedo Cable •10" 10-Spoke Wheel ...but yeah, I've noticed the Ruckus websites are full of overpriced crap. One that had me laughing was a wheel adapter to fit Ruckus style rims on a GY6 engine...$300! WTF! Thank you so much for linking those build threads, I'll scour them. -Mike

Did you look on Ebay? Usually you can find scooter parts dirt cheap there. I know Taotao parts are a nickle a dozen. Probably get an entire front end for around $100. Whatever you do, I can't wait to see this.
