actually you'll find, at least in the US, that alcohol is pretty much every states most serious drug problem. I'll agree that it seems to be the most prevalent and most abused drug available, but up here in seattle we've been seeing a rise in prescription abuse, and alot of over-prescribing. Lots of rv's parked around being used as "traps" or drug houses for open-air heroin and meth sales, and the police PROTECTS them, saying there homeless people with rights. In one city, they finally had to go in one and clear it out because of neighborhood complaints of needles everywhere. They found an escaped convict (no joke), a gun, 2 POUNDS of heroin, and like $60k. The guy had been there for monthes selling dope before the community finally was able to get the police to clear em out.
