Started out as a POS looking 2001 Honda Elite SA50, most plastics missing or completely busted up.. I've been slowly gathering up parts here and there. Had to do some Major plastic repair to the panels I had and a few I had to buy.. I stripped it down to frame, Powder Coated frame & Swing arm. Stock front wheel Powdercoated Gloss Black with New Tube & Tire. Met rear wheel Powdercoated Gloss Black with new 90/90 Tire. Installed New Ebay Seat cover. Modified Zx50 Speedo Lots of Orders from ScooterSwapShop.com.. Powder coated Engine side covers Gloss Black Engine: 2001 AF16 72cc Malossi cast Kit Polini 24mm Carb, intake & Air Filter Malossi Fly Clutch with Malossi Clutch bell Polini Variator Polini Belt 9.0 Gears Still have to get a Coil and CDI and install gears before she will be ready to run.. Day I picked it up pics.. Couple Current Pics..

The simplistic and timeless styling of these make for very popular and good-lookig restos. Engine/transmission mod possibilities are vast and mostly cheap. You've done a great job of bringing this one back from the work of the time worms. If your tuning work gives you 60+ mph capabilities a front disc mod is worth considering especially if you plan on riding it a lot.

Carb Tune is close and about there Tuning Variator. Still waiting on a few springs and some more Rollers. It still has the stock 12:1 gears in tranny right now. Waiting on buddy to press a gear on so I can install the 9:1 set. But I did make one short Top speed run last night and hit GPS Verified 50.4 mph
