Greetings everyone. I registered here some time ago and promised to post a build that I was planning to do. Well, the build has a long way behind it, and a lot ahead of it, kind of a middle point right now. I got an aerox frame, engine case and a few buckets of parts for cheap. some mild case work bearings RMS Racing HPC crank Cylinder, piston and bearing ProFlow intake manifold Modded subframe bit of paint set of brakes, plus oversize front disc vented trans cover assembling decided to remove the wiring loom as I don't have all the fairings or lightning just left the cdi and a killswitch connected So, this is how it stands now basically, plus the wires that can be seen are connected. List of parts: Malossi Sport 70 Dellorto 17.5 DMP Oversize 285mm RMS Racing HPC crank SKF C3 crank bearings Giannelli Extra Chrom exhaust Homemade subframe Stage6 raiser kit ProFlow intake rubber Chinese noname sport vario Malossi special x belt Stock rear pulley Stock clutch I am sorry if the topic seems rushed, but its hard to put a year of thinkering and various little things in a single post, but I promise I will update regularrly Here is a short video (running rich ) www.facebook.com/video.php?v=651449118306062&set=vb.261622163955428

Good looking build. I like the Malossi sport 70 for that low to mid range punch it has, as well as the durability they offer!

Thank you gents. It really is good at the low to mid range, and the pipe matches it too. As for the rear intake, its quite simple to do, depends really on how much money you've go to spend. Stage6 subframe + S6 spacer or simply reweld the stock subframe and make a rear facing inlet (or buy one from Kiesler etc.). Mine is a cheap one from ebay, its made for a larger carb so I had to put a piece of rubber hose on the carb itself to make the outer circumference larger so it would fit. I can make pics of the setup if somebody is interested.

I tried to take some pics, but it was too dark. I will hopefully leave from work early today to take pics of the conversion and some other parts I am working on.

Hi Had some free time today so worked a bit on the scoot I smashed the plastic part that holds the seat so had to come up with a sloution Needs some more welding and paint... And some info about the rear intake conversion. As you all know minarelli style engine mount has a metal bar and a large screw that are in place for such a conversion The solution, buy a premade subframe, or make one, general guidelines So, this is how mine looks like This is an el-cheapo malossi-clone straight intake (ignore the subframe on the pic, it was a failed experiment) as the intake circumference was bigger than the one on the carb, I had to make a olution, bodgejob-style mounted I hope this helps someone Now back to the build, I am not happy with my intake system at all, so everything is dismounted. Reed petals have huge gaps in them so I am searching for cf reeds, air filter is of bad quality and I don't like how the carb is too small for the mani. I ordered a Dellorto 21mm black edition (hooray) that has 25mm outer diameter exactly like the manifold, and I plan to get a branded air filter when I get some more money, so stay tuned. Heres a pic of stock reeds at the end of their lives Sorry for any mistakes, I am very tired and going to bed after I post this, any questions just ask

Hello everyone Finally an update. Not much mechanically but still hey. Here's the stoplight I posted in another thread, some LED-s arrived today so it should be finished soon. I collected some body panels, they are a bit rough but can be sorted. Inner ones have allready been done with bumper spray (can't route cables and pipes properly without them). Cables and CDI hidden Cooling hose mounting. I prefer it this way than try to bend it underneath the battery tray. Ill only use the smallest 12v battery I can find to run turn signals and taillight from it. Mounting the rad, after much swearing and modding it fits. Engine back together (top end check) I re-used my reed valve until S6 MBR comes Here was a crack that was repaired from the inside, but still put zip ties to secure it, drift style That's it for now, Dellorto 19mm is on it's way so I'm looking forward to fire it up

I thought it looked cool naked, but Aerox body work is great looking as well. Can't wait to see it finished.
