Like the title says i'm new to the site I have been a scooter rider since 2012. I have a 2012 GMW Rx50 me and my bike have lived in Florida our entire lives until a recent move to Arkansas. The mountain roads on a scoot are amazing but the lack of power shows here in the higher altitude!

Welcome! Sorry to see you go but hey, love the scoot! I saw your post in my M1 thread. What do you think of yours and how has it treated you? Mine is getting a new head and carb soon I believe. Been collecting the parts for it.

So theres an rx50 AND a r50x? haha Yeah. Fun eh? My M1 is considered an upgrade from the RX50. Looks a lot like the TaoTao Thunder and the Sym that simon0867 has. |

Welcome! Sorry to see you go but hey, love the scoot! I saw your post in my M1 thread. What do you think of yours and how has it treated you? Mine is getting a new head and carb soon I believe. Been collecting the parts for it. Well she has almost 5k miles 2500 are my miles i bought the rx50 from a rental company for 100 bucks. The plastic is faded because of a year and a half in the Florida sun. The only things i have had to do was adjust the carb (just did that lol) and the valves. It starts right up every day has decent power for a 50cc. Overall i love it! But enough talking about the scooter its time to ride!  |
