what up guys?..well, i was told i was getting real blessed at x-mas with scoot parts..WOOO HOOOO!..i hope and pray so..lmao.. anyway... either the malossi 70cc or the polini corsa 72cc???. then i have to wonder either cast iron or alum. ( i was thinking cast iron for more reliability, not racing just street).. and then the technigas rs2 or the leo vinve 70 series??. i have leaned toward the technigas rs2.(have a next r chrome now)....any helpful ideas would be awesome..always heard maloosi better of course but found a nice sale price for the polini AND 2cc bigger. like the rs2 pipe but the lv is cheaper but more restrictive.......thanks guys for your input.....

Out of Polini and malossi I'd say they are equal in performance and quality. Polini outperforms Malossi in the higher end kits by about 10%.
Exhaust wise I would choose LeoVince over Technigas every time, Technigas have a terrible reputation. Personally, with the kits you have chosen I would opt for a Yasuni Z or R.

Pics may be different than what you get. Also, dont forget Kymco uses two style 2T engines.

The Z and R are about the same as the LeoVince over here. The C16 and other high end models are over $400. Don't worry about that - you won't be doing 14000 RPM on a cast iron kit!

Pics may be different than what you get. Also, dont forget Kymco uses two style 2T engines. 2 diff styles??. like the zx and the s9 engines?. i have seen dioburnout/speeddemon work on a few things. that dio looks exactly like my zx engine(he has a built engine in s.i with water cooling i think, it has a round cyl.head tho..not te same engine there..lmao).. i would love to know that answer since the dio kit is so much cheaper..hell, even brents cyl on the t1?? looks almost like mine too(i think the one 190mech did).even the case, cyl.,tranny,ALL looked identical on dios engine.i figured the zx was an exact clone of the dio..even seen dios with a zx logo....lol

Yea, the ZX and the S9 have a different engine. You are correct, your ZX engine is a clone of the Dio one.

I haven't chimed in because I agree with what's already been said and I really don't know much about the platform you are working with. I definitely think cast iron is the way to go for scoots that will see a lot of miles. On top of being easier and more practical to service down the road, you are less likely to kill a piston if you get a lean spot. No complaints about any of the Polini kits I've owned or installed. Never had a Corsa, but I have used the sport kits a few times. I've always been happy with the performance for street scoots and so have the other people that I installed them for. Pretty good quality, but you will need to chamfer the ports, or at least I'd suggest it. That's the case with any cast iron kit that I've used though.
My Leo Vince pipes are pretty well made. I can't say they are the best pipes for performance, but not a bad choice. I agree that a Yasuni would be great if you could find one in your budget. Never used one, but never heard a bad review of one.

I just got the pics up.
I'd trade a whole list of parts for the stuff I actually want (as in, Yasuni exhaust rather than gears and a cheaper exhaust). I can't really say anything about Malossi kits, never used one. I know I have been very pleased with other products from Malossi. I have 2 of their reed cages and 1 Polini. The Malossi is a better quality setup IMO for them. I don't really think you'd go wrong with products from either manufacturer though.

well i do dig the polini kit i found. its a 72cc for a dio/zx engine. the price is alot cheaper than the kymco kit also...the pipe on the other hand is proving to be difficult to locate with my phone, seems they all for a minna,horizontal..not fot any vert dio/zx engines..maybe i should roll with the rs2. polini and technigas, not a bad combo ehh? ...

WHOA NELLY!!!.... guys. i owe you all an apology.. i was looking at a bbk that i THOUGHT was a polini, turns out its a M.R.P. thankfully i rechecked, yet again, cuz the price was so cheap.. should i even consider the m.r.p bbks or just stick to the polini or malossi choices? ... sorry, i knew that price was just to good to be true..lmao...
