Looking nice lol that one has the ebay motorcycle mirrors with the skeleton hands. Haha yeah I can tell he got a lot of stuff from ebay- I recognize some other ebay stuff too. Those skeleton hand mirrors are crap! I could barely see past my shoulders and had to rotate the whole switch assys upward to see anything but blacktop!

Sweet deal. I'm trying to figure out your net profit so far. $200 you got in the deal, plus the $700 makes $900 minus the $250 for the bug eye makes $650. minus the cost of parts, paint etc... for both builds? Are you gonna keep the other pre-bug or sell it?

I'd love to do what niz is doing.... but not resell them I would also. Although I think i could stop at seven scooters. One for each day of the week. Or fourteen for sure one for day and night every day of the week.

Niz76 good job man. Been watching the build since you got them. I just looked at the engine from my 01 zuma and it says made in Italy too. Also if you've got any spare parts you want to get rid of let me know.

The Zumas are looking nice. Well other then the stickers and the ugly hand mirrors but there is no accounting for taste.

I agree. Wear a helmet and don't take it in the grass unless you've got good tires and suspension! Or you'll be like me. Stinking up the couch. I have a feeling that I'm going to have to start flipping some scoots myself to makeup for my lost wages here soon. Hmm.

Thanks fellas! It's rare that I don't do any cosmetics but the seller who was also the buyer liked it with all the stickers and what not so that's the way it stayed I'm still debating whether or not to keep the other one but if I do I think I want to paint it white. I've looked st tons and tons of pics under prebug Zuma and MBK Booster and those white Polini ones just catch my eye! Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to everyone and your families! Hope you have the best Holidays ever!

I'm not sure I want to figure out profit margin haha. I probably spent $60 on paint for the bugeye (ended up with extra material to be used elsewhere of course)... used the Airsal bbk that came out of the E-ton Beamer... $40 for decals...$15 for brake pads... For the pre-bug I bought $30 worth of jets but only used one- $4...used the engine out of the 2001 due to bad crank but that cost $100 to replace plus probably another $50 for bearing and seal kit, freeze spray etc. That's all I can think of for now... Might be worth considering that I'll get $50 or so from the big 28mm Keihin carb after shipping...

I got the case split and getting ready to do the crank install on the 2001 engine. I've been playing with my Christmas present today- an electric power washer! I'm pretty satisfied with this little pressure washer. It's quiet and easy to use and actually did a better job than the car was pressure washer removing all that built up grease and grime. I used the soap dispenser feature and put Dawn dish soap in it. Didn't have any degreaser on hand and didn't feel like going out to buy any. This little guy worked great! I'm pleasantly surprised. Here's the Model # and price etc. from Walmart: www.walmart.com/ip/38212202
