I ended up grinding through the CVT cover making the Chinarelli clutch fit on this Zuma. To make lemonades out of lemons it now has a CVT cooling vent!
Holy cow I feel like I'm riding a drag scoot when pulling a hole shot- I gotta lean forward to keep the front wheel from pulling off the ground! This scoot still doesn't rev as quickly as the other pre-bug did but it certainly has more power and will 'pull' wheelies instead of 'pop' wheelies like the other one- if that makes any sense? I'm assuming it's the stock metal reeds or maybe the difference between stock air box and cone filter? The other one had carbon fiber reeds and a cone filter and seemed to rev quicker than this one...
So now I have a Polini clutch for my scoot! It's a two-shoe and looks like you can maybe adjust spring tension? Sweet!
