i went from a 50cc to 100 cc i did everything the right way when installing also it had spark i thought it wasnt getting gas so i put gas in the head and it also didnt start also my battery started to fry when electric starting it

Make sure you have put all ground wires on and tight. Check all others for being tight.

i figured out the problem and the problem is when i took off my cam shaft the first time sure i put the flywheel on T but i didnt put on the right T so that the cam shaft holes are aligned to the head so then when i did everthing and put the cam shaft back on the i put it so that holes on the cam shaft are aligned to the head so now i now what the problem is my scooter is confused bassicly so now how do i set my timeing so that my scooter can run!!!!!

As long as your cam was aligned so the 2 small holes were parallel with the head and the largest hole was perpendicular and facing the top of the engine with the flywheel's "T", it should work. The crank and piston don't know which stroke they're on, they just know TDC to BDC. You should have a "wasted spark" ignition, so the ignition will fire every revolution instead of every other, so that's not an issue either in most cases.
If you wanna try to flip the cam 180 degrees from where it is, rotate the flywheel to the "T" mark when the cam looks upside down (holes facing toward the engine). Remove the cam and re-install it so it is properly aligned.
