Has anyone ordered anything from them, any experience?

Ordered something on the 18th and it shows it as unshipped and unbilled in their system, yet it shows it went through on paypal. I'd call them but I'm afraid they only speak french. I'll give it a week and see if anything happens.

E-mailed them and they asked for my phone number. Wrote back and told them I don't have international calling. I don't know if it's related or not but it shows shipped now on the site and I can track it now so I'm good. Will be here in eight days.
