Hi! Just thought i'd introduce myself. I'm Shaun, Riding in Asheville, NC. You'll find me on my 2005 LC Super 9 mostly and occasionally on my Taotao Duster that has been stripped and "customized."
I love working on, upgrading, and just plain tinkering with my scooters and will find any excuse to ride, rain or shine, cold or not!
I will be sure to bug ya'll as much as i've bugged the nice folks at the Kymco forum!

Malossi bbk, 19mm Arreche carb, Tecnigas RSII pipe, Malossi variator and clutch, 9g rollers, Heavily modded stock airbox, Minerelli wired cdi to an AC stator, Windscreen, Carbon fiber reeds
2006 TGB R50X
Tecnigas Next-R pipe, Naruku bbk lightly ported, exhaust port opened, Polini reeds and reed spacer, Dellorto clone 17.5mm carb
2011 Taotao Duster (Frankenstein's Monster/Grocery Getter)

And he's got a secret 63? the piston hasn't went? I have one, someone told me the pistons were proned to giving up, then mine did... Might rebuild it one day if I can find a piston and ring set. Otherwise it's gonna get big bored.

My Taotao has somehow lasted 10,000+ kms, even running the hell out of it. But I've been good about oil and gear oil changes. I've put over six hours of riding on it in one day!
I guess you get lucky sometimes!
