I would like everyone to know not to but from joshcloseouts, a seller on eBay. I have posted in several other threads about this seller but it was suggested I make a thread about this of my own. This is from an order in late September of 2014. I ordered a flywheel puller for my 139QMB 50cc Taotao. When the puller arrived it would not fit my flywheel. I did some research to see why it wouldn't fit and to verify that I did order the correct tool. I learned that what I actually received was a flywheel puller for a 150cc not the 50cc puller I ordered. I contacted the seller and was told to return the tool for a full refund. All I had to do was PAY return shipping with tracking to get a full refund (not including return shipping). Since the item was not as described, according to eBay rules, "The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers your purchase price plus original shipping for virtually all items on eBay.com. We guarantee you will get the item you ordered or your money back."
joshcloseouts refused to pay the return shipping so I contacted eBay and opened a request for assistance with this seller. When that did no good I "escalated" my complaint to eBay at which time I was given a "courtesy refund." I'm not sure what that means for the seller but for me it meant I got all my money back and I still have the puller. Since it doesn't fit it is doing me no good at this time. I ordered the correct flywheel puller from another seller and I am pleased with what I have now.
If you read the feedback from this seller you will understand what he does with unhappy customers whether it is his fault or not. This has made me leery of buying from eBay after many years and lots of very satisfactory transactions. I am still buying off eBay but I pay much closer attention to the feedback the sellers get and how they handle their negative feedback. joshcloseouts does a terrible job when THEY make a mistake and try to blame it on the buyer.
Don't make a mistake and get into a transaction with this seller. They are dishonest and rude. I wish I had known before I ordered from them how bad they were. I will never buy from them again and I hope you will not either.
