Yep that's the one. A beauty isn't she. The Malossi looks very similar. The rod says Malossi and the Stage6 says nothing. Placed order for bearings. NTN 6204C3 2pcs for $5! Thats cheap! I pay €8 for just one!

Yep indeed. I always think why do I have to order Japanese stuff in Europe? Those bearings go from here to there and then back to me here. Japan -> Europe -> Japan
The price for the NSK is $2.60/pcs and the SKF cost $3.50/pcs

Sorry to hijack this conversation, wanted to let you know I bought the Yasuni Z pipe to run on the stock Jog for now. I took your advise on the Stage6 BBK and pipe revving higher the the motor would appreciate. Also bought a Malossi Multi Variator (16x13 7g, medium contra), Malossi x special belt, Polini clutch spring set, stage6 adjustable roller set (4, 4.5, 5, 5.5)
Keeping it simple. I will get a Malossi sport 70 BBK later and then a 17.5mm carb after that

spaz12Did you read the last 1-2 pages? Got me the Stage6 HPC 12mm crank! Plus some 19x15.5 rollers for the Polini variator and a throttle wire and some other small stuff. Paid for the crank 94 Euro!

Wish I would have gotten the $$$ earlier then I could have ordered it together with the 21mm carb and save one time shipping. Still prices were all very good. I am sure when they saw my order they were like "NO! "

Sorry Im late to the party but when I installed my crank in the pre-bug motor I used the hot cold method to slide the bearings on the crank then I put the crank with bearings into the cases with no heat or cold of any kind using the Tusk installer tool. It all worked out great.. Also tsimi congratulations on that crank!! I'm soo jealous now

Hi birdman!
I have absolutely no confidence that I can put the bearings all the way down on the crank. What if they should get stuck half way in? I will put the bearings into the freezer over night and then use my heat gun to heat up the case and then just drop in the bearing. Once both bearings are installed into the case I will pull in the crank with the installer tool. That is the plan thus far. I just hope that I don't have to wack the crank with a mullet at the end.
