That sounds cheap ($93.49 USD) but they don't ship to Japan in fact they don't ship anywhere besides US and Canada.

Lucass2T this is a pdf that explains the Polini Scooter Evolution 70cc cup rules from 2014 www.polini.it/dep/Reg_Tec_70_MONOMARCA_2014.pdfLook at page 8, there you can see the specs for Minarelli and Piaggio engines. Minarelli: Frizione (means clutch) it shows these numbers 249.053/249.051 Those numbers stand for 2G clutch (249.053) and 3G for race (249.051) And for the clutch bell they say 250.026 which is the black Polini Evo clutch bell. Looking at that I cannot believe that they are THAT bad. I mean those guys drive with 14000rpms around a course and the parts have to keep stand incredible forces after all we are talking about 70cc Evolution Kits here and not sport cylinders.

Good find Tsimi! That says a lot! This would be the best argument for buying a 2G clutch! Competition level parts, this proves they're top notch racing clutches. So you can assume they have tons of tuning variations, good build quality, lightweight and are balanced....or at least have great potential to... BTW i didn't say they're bad!

Lucass2T I never said that you said that. It's just you don't find any review on those Polini clutches so either they are just good and people don't complain about them or they don't sell them that good that is why people write no reviews? Well either way now it is down to this; either the 105mm HiT clutch without Bell or the Polini 2G with Evo clutch bell. I could toss a coin but I want to ask you guys again and also sleep it over and make my decision latest tomorrow. ...

I'd go with the well know, raceproven and famous Polini. Dr Pulley ain't by far what Polini is...so i'd go with Polini when you'd otherwise flip a coin on it.

06jogNo idea what rear shocks you can get. We have a large selection here in Japan. I think YSS is not bad if you just look for a better looking stock replacement. You can get any front face on the web from stock replacement to high end. Or you could get a after market variator plus face set that of course only if you don't have already a after market variator.

NICE. What does the rest of the scooter look like. At that price it would have to come with a motor, wheels etc.

I have seen those YSS and also Motoforce ST1 and NCY. I would be interest is spending less than $100US. I have the new Malossi Multi Vari so I would probably end up getting one of their faces.

I made my decision regarding the clutch. I chose the 105mm HiT clutch. I am gonna use it with the stock bell and see how that goes. Really looking forward to test that clutch and see if she really is that good. If not then next is the 2G Evo with the Evo Bell. Golden Week started here in Japan and that means no working from April 29 to May 5. Yeah! So plenty of time for BF4 and to do some work again. Got the gauge finally for the leak tester. The only problem right now is the air valve, it leaks. I need to get me a better valve to keep the air inside it. And as always, pictures. I used zip ties at the end to tight down the hoses. Oh and btw. 6psi = 0.0413685 MPa

Time to get some beat up plastics and frame sliders. I see uncontrolled wheelies in your future.
