Builditright (Bill) and I took a ride to Annapolis today to take a look at the Hero 2T. If you've seen it online great but to see it in person is so much better. The components are quality built. For the money, you can't beat it...minnarelli based engine, adjustable rear air shock, performance discs front and rear, euro style lights and blinkers, mirrors that you can see the road with instead of your shoulders and just a cool look to it. Oh, made at the Znen factory. Nice lookin scooter. I want 2 of them :riding: :riding:

Not a bad price for a scoot like that.

That is a great price. It looks like what Triton could have grown up to be if Vento were still around.

www.flyscooters.com/scooters/hero#scooterTechSpecsNot bad for that price. Here's how I rate it: :thumb: Rear Disc :thumb: Adjustable Rear Air Shock :thumb: 187 lbs. :thumb: Near Flat Seat 1.6 Gal. Fuel Tank A Bit Lacking If You Mod It Later.... But A Mild Gripe No Tach Oil Reservoir In Bottom Of Underseat Cargo Bay ?? Timing System Chain Driven (Do they think it has poppet valves?) That stock top speed is identical to that of my derestricted Derbi Atlantis

A 90cc will pop right in place of the existing 50cc for lower grunt torque and of course can be modded a tad if so inclined...I can't say enough about what a super bike this is. Also, the non fly badged Znens, Il Bello style, come with a 72cc instead of the 60cc or 50cc 139QMB.

Not that I would ever do that. I dig the II Belo style but not into the 10" wheels. I keep hoping someone will come out with a big retro with 13" wheels.

The no tach could be a blessing. Not even one of mine is as accurate as a simple tiny tach. One of mine is 800 rpm off.

I'm not surprised that a Chinese scooter has an inaccurate tach. But relative rpm differences when retuning your cvt should still provide a good guideline. If thy tach offends thee cast it into eternal damnation.

True, as long as it's accurate against itself so to speak, it could work for tuning. The only thing that would suck is if you used it to calculate anything like pipe or port dimensions for a 2T. That's hard enough without a tach throwing you off.

Yeah you can make allowances and use the stock tach. I don't mind the Speedo being off, but I want a dead on tach. Something has to be right.
ROFL. Ok Step, where did you find the Bishop? Small thread steal. I couldn't help it.
