I've also put a gates belt on and a DHL variator with 4.5 gram rollers stock was 5 gram. Tonight I'm starting all my motor upgrade.

All I did last night was press my gears will be cleaning everything up tonight and putting everything back together Saturday since I have off 49cc final drive/countershaft gear swap: youtu.be/sddJR08noio

Switched my oil pump from 22 tooth to 16 tooth, heard they pump more oil, had to modify the case just a tiny bit so the 10mm nut on the new oil pump would have room in that old guide hole Put the case back together putting the top end back together tomorrow bed time now got to work early

Upgrades are all done 50mm bbk 44mm stroker 49/17 gears true 20mm carb 4 & 5 gram rollers and DHL variator stock air box and exhaust perf coil and cdi here is my top speed before any tuning

Did some carb tuning while at work today on the way home I got this top speed I'll make a video tomorrow and make a post to get on the speed list

EFI maybe cool to try. I know a few that gave up on the turbo with 150cc and up motor.

If there's no point in the turbo then I probably won't do the efi either its kind of expensive but if the turbo will give good power I will do both

Usually these small engine turbo setups are a lot of work for very little gain. More for someone that enjoys a big project and doesn't mind spending $500 or more and countless hours and headaches to make maybe a few psi. If the turbo did work well, then it would probably just destroy the engine in short order or you'd have constant problems with parts failures.

Yeah the more I look into it the turbo option doesn't really seem worth the headaches I don't mind the money I will probably leave this scoot the way it is and find a solid 2t that I can get that would be able to get me to 60mph cruise what are some really cool 2t scoots that could do that with 12" tires and I would like it to be 49cc

I also read a couple places that by the time the exhaust spools the turbo on a 49cc your already at WOT so I was thinking maybe go supercharger route does anyone know of a nice supercharger I've seen this one but not sure on its merits or it's ease of install s-charger.com/our-products/
