I just bought a Kymco Vitality 4t 50. It's my first scoot, so I only have the others I test-rode to compare it to. I didn't think it was noticeably slower than a Kymco Super 9 2T I tried. I find the power adequate, but I want more top speed. 40 is all she's got, and she won't even do that if it's less than 60 degrees outside. I'll mod it until it.goes 50, then leave it alone. I can tell you after taking it apart to do the valves that it's a well made thing.
If you're already used to a greater level of power, it may not work. I don't know. But I think it's the mutt's nuts. I was just out riding. I love the thing.

I drove 5 hours to get my scooter because the guy only wanted $200 for it. I searched CL every day for a month til I found it. I know Kymco's are good stuff but I would keep looking or try and low-ball the seller. Flash $500 cash at him! Make him resist the impulse to grab $500.

The Fox is right. For $500 the Kymco would be a very sweet ride...
