You left out "None of the above"
The S9 sounds stolen, a 50cc 4T is gonna be kinda slow and the 150 has no pink slip so how are you going to register and insure it?

a kymco lc s9, needs speeedo cable, igition is gone(& no keys), plastic around headlight, no paperwork at all, painted over. wanting $700..(locally) The Kymco Super 9 LC is supposed to be a really good platform. $700 is a lot for what could be a stolen scoot though. If not for that, it would be my choice as long as you are willing to do a few repairs. a kymco vitality 50 4t with papers, 3000 kms, mint cond., gotta go to winston to pick up for $600..(2 hrs away)(i have no clue about the vitality or a 50cc 4t) I think you are on the right track. If a 50cc 2T disappoints you, a 50cc 4T is bound to. That said, they can be nice scoots and gas mileage is much better. a chinesse scoot thats a 150cc 4t, been reconditioned,(know the guy from forums, so he knows how to work em..lol) new parts, 3000kms, great cond., bill of sale for $500..(8 hrs away) That sounds like the bests scooter deal to me, but it's 8hrs away. That would ruin it for me.

Keep your breeches on and hold tight for a better deal. Good brands of cheap Asian scooters are: SYM QLINK CF MOTO DAELIM LINHAI ADLY HYOSUNG One of my favorites is this 100cc 2t with lots of on-board storage. But they are rare and have 10" wheels. tampa.craigslist.org/hdo/mcy/2097152087.html

well luckily fox, i live in n.c. and they arent messing with those scooots........yet anyway... ;D.. i can get by with no tag, etc on 150cc here. as long as its not a 200 or 250 +cc i'm good.... i was scared on it cuz its a chineese scoot, (kymco was my 1st scoot)a hamba? would love the extra speed tho... ;D yeah the s9 sounds hot but that was my choice till i spoke to him this a.m. the repairs wouldnt kill me, just the keys,paint,papers... i was worried the vitality woould be slow as all get out. engine looks like the Zx but 4t(lord knows i have no clue on the 4t engines,LESS than the 2t  ... did find a kymco ppl 4t with no papers at all but only 530mi,......

1. too many questions about this scoot for the price 2. 50cc 4t probably not gonna do much for you 3. I don't know 2t, learning on my 150cc 4t's, not a difficult thing to work on, parts everywhere, more issues with electrical and quality control. If you like the reconditioning done to it, might be worth a trip, but I'de wait for something closer myself. You might end up with doubts but buy it anyway just for the effort. I think these guys are getting as much (or more)out of the 50cc 2t's tuned, as I can get out of the 150's stock.

Again, I would advise you to pretty much decide what you want and then purchase when the condition, distance to purchase and price meet your criteria. The longer you wait perhaps the more money you can save up to buy a more desirable scooter. And if you can get lucky and find one that has already had performance upgrades added in a quality fashion that pretty much meet the above guidelines then it's time to pull the trigger. I think you will know when you've found just the right deal and then is the time to pounce on it quickly. A little patience can save you a lot of grief and money.

Yuo it was mine and i traded it on the Green Dragon. Then David bought it and now he has the dealer selling it on consignment.
Wish shipping scoots was not so expensive...
