Well I'm sure some of y'all seen my post about working on it and for those that didn't I'll post it again. We parked it right before winter and it was running fine. Went to start it a month or so ago and nothing electronic is working right on the handle bars if it isn't running. The battery is good according to our charger. I can pull start it to get it running and move the handlebars and the dash light will flicker. I can turn the lights on when it's running and they come on but they are very dim. I can rev the motor and they stay the same and don't get dimmer or brighter. I can also move the handlebars one way and the headlight on the handle bars will go out but move it a back and it comes on. I have wiggled wires around and looked everywhere I can think of and I can't see a problem. I can't find any ground problems.No fuses blown or anything. It has absolutely no power to the handle bars what so ever when it's not running. I know this is a scooter forum but I can't figure this one out. If anybody has any other ideas for me to try I would appreciate the info. Thanks
