Hello, i was wondering if anyone has any reviews of the Case boring tool that is from pfs part number#202-37. im thinking of getting one just in case for any future projects i might have. that, and the 90cc+ BBk that Autotech355 sells seems really interesting, if i had this tool it would lower my machinist cost. but then again i have a friend who owns and runs his own powersport repair shop WITH a motorcycle dyno, 4 foot metal lathe and a HUGE milling machine. so even if i didint have this tool, i could get my case bored for low cost. or i could do it myself, he let me machine my own parts before, but he has ALOT more experience with his tools.

No experience with it, but if you're looking at it for a 90cc+ Minarelli then it will not do the whole job. It's not meant to mount on the cases that way and only bores up to 67mm. It's made for the bore diameter where the cylinder goes into the cases. The crankcases must also be machined for a larger crankshaft, which IMO is the harder or more time consuming part of the job. Here's more info on that : 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10392/cutting-cases-accept-cranks-matchingYou can never have too many tools, but I don't think it's a good plan spending $150 to save you cost on the easiest part of the job. I'd ask your bud what that part of the job would cost or consider cutting it yourself as shown in the link.
