Is it required to remove the plastic holding up the oil & gas tank or do you install undertail below?

I have the louvered version and didn't have to do anything where the fuel tank was involved. I don't see why you would have to with the oil tank but it's been a long time since I did away with it.

The kit you linked to is exactly the same as what's in the pic above... That pic is a Keeway (matrix?) which is basically Triton clone- B08 or B09 body style. Your vento Zip is totally different in the rear with the oil tank and everything being back there.... you'll have to study the pic real good and study the rear of your scoot to kinda visualize if it's going to work or not- or what you'd need to modify to make it work...
