Hey guys. I'm glad I found this site, seems like it's gonna be a ton of help with my project. Having a starting issue on a moped I bought yesterday for $100. With title and 694 miles on it. It's a 2008 bronc door 49cc. The lady said it starts sometimes and she rides it but sometimes it won't. Well so far for me it just won't. It turns odd fine but won't start. Any ideas would be awesome
I look forward to searching this forum for all kinds of info. Thanks guys hope for some help

Well I was always told you need 3 things for a gasoline engine to run, gas, compression, and spark. You can check 2 of those by removing the spark plug. If it is wet with gas then you have that, If it sparks when you ground it to the block and turn the engine over then you have that, If you have both, then next step would be a compression check. That should get you started in the right direction.

Is this a 4 stroke? or a 2 stroke? This scooter is a 4cycle. I can not find any info on This scooter it's a 2008 bronc colt 49cc I havnt been able to find any specs Or anything to tell me what type of not |

Welcome to the forum. Be sure to check out the Tech Library, its full of tons of scooter specs of all makes and brands. You may not find your exact model but I'll bet your engine model is in there... Keep posting and let's us know how it works out in the end.
