Unfortunately his gearbox had a leak and wouldn't hold any fluids I believe he got it fixed but man the sound it made as it flew by me

Are you saying it's top speed was around 46mph?

It doesn't have a CVT but a regular gearbox of I believe 4 allowing for a higher top speeds. I was doing 65KPH(40MPH) and he passed my like I was doing 40KPH(25MPH) and left me behind till he last all fluid in his tranny.
