Been waiting on a tire and windscreen for the flagship model 150cc for about a week, its a customers scooter, well I wont get the tire till Monday and the windscreen didnt even come on a box or bubble wrapped just the clear wrap and scotch tape with a shipping label stuck to it. Went to check the mail and it was sitting next to my mailbox broken in 11 different places im not even gunna open this sob. Wtf guys why not properly package a breakable object??

Not sure what you're looking for here?
Contact them and ask them to take it back. See if they'll send you a return label. If that's really how things went down, seems that's the least they could do.
If they won't do that, I'd avoid them going forward.

I've looked through the main emails this morning and see no correspondence. Please contact service@scrappydogscooters.com or call Chase (office manager) at 702-689-6035 and it'll be taken care of. No need to send it back if it's broken. He will need pics of course. No excuse here, but this is a consequence of UPS and Fedex jacking up shipping costs almost 3 times what they were last year. They now not only charge for weight, but are dimensionally measured also as a multiplier. I think shipping is trying to keep from having to increase rates as we have to pass those costs on. Some of the shipping costs end up being more than the cost of the part. I personally wouldn't agree with shipping a windshield with just plastic wrap, but this is the first I've heard of this. I've forwarded this to shipping also so that something better can be done without increasing costs too much. Rick
